Commonly referred to as Bruff, it
offers an all-you-care-to-eat format designed to meet the dining needs
of resident students. Centrally located on McAlister Drive, Bruff
Commons features the Ultimate Dining Program, which includes variety and
freshness, with something to please most anyone. It serves classic
home-style meals, international entrees, a grill with specialty
sandwiches, vegetarian selections, gourmet pizza, and traditional New
Orleans cuisine.
Also available are soup, salad,
sandwich, fruit, and dessert bar options to enhance the total selection.
Themed dining events to mirror holidays and the seasons are offered
regularly to create additional menu variety. This unlimited
variety is a key factor in the success of our Resident Dining Program.
Dine at Bruff Commons as often as you wish by utilizing one of the meal
plan options available!
