Tulane University has a preferred cellular relationship with AT&T to provide the faculty, staff, and students with discounted local, regional, and national cellular coverage.

AT&T offers a discount off of the basic monthly rate.  If you have a Family Talk shared rate plan with several add on lines, the discount applies to the primary line only (the secondary lines already receive a discounted rate).
